HOW IT WORKS

We welcome walk-ins all week with cookies being first come, first served. However, pre-order is highly recommended due to limited in-store availability. Pre-orders are given priority, are packaged first and the best way to secure your favorite flavors.

HOW TO ORDER FOR THE COOKIE DROP'

At 6PM, we will release a curated selection of our signature flavors below for your order convenience. Add the flavors and quantities that you would like to your shopping cart and checkout with ease. Upon placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email with our pick-up location & instructions. We strongly encourage ordering for the Cookie Drop in order to guarantee product & take advantage of our curated menu selection. However, we will also be open for walk-in customers with limited product availability.

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY COOKIE DROP PRE-ORDER

All cookie drop pre-orders will be available for pick-up at our bakery, located at 5300 W. Adams Blvd Suite #100 Los Angeles California 90016. All pre-orders must be picked up on the said order date and during business hours. Pre-Order is highly recommended due to our limited product availability. However, we invite customers to walk-in as well for in-store product offerings. You can come pick up your order as early as 10AM & please have your order confirmation number & e-mail upon arrival.

PACKAGING

Please note that cookies will be packaged in a Kraft brown pastry sleeve, and/or packaged in a Kraft brown bakery box depending on the size and quantity of your order. We hope you enjoy your cookies same-day or within 1-5 days for optimal freshness.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS PICK-UP OR CAN’T PICK UP MY ORDER?

If you are unable to pick up your Cookie Drop pre-order and/or special order on your scheduled pick up day and time, it will be donated. You may not pick up your order the following day and we will not be able to issue you a refund, exchange or credit for your order. All orders are final and non-refundable.

Our Commitment

We pride ourselves on using the absolute highest quality and premium ingredients. All of our cookies are made from scratch, rolled by hand and baked fresh every morning.

For us, quality is more important than quantity. We operate on a pre-order basis and always bake to order. In the event that we sell out, we often have extra cookies that we sell on baking days.

Allergens

Fleurs et Sel™ cookies are made by hand using shared equipment, which processes dairy, peanuts, soy, tree nuts and wheat. If you have a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free bakery.

Cookie Care

Cookies are best enjoyed the same day that they are baked fresh; however, they may be stored in an airtight container for up to one week.

For optimal freshness and flavor, we recommend freezing any cookies you don’t plan to eat immediately.

When ready to eat, simply heat your cookies in a 350F oven for 1-3 minutes until warm and gooey.
